    Product Description

SNT-207707 is a melanocortin receptor 4 (MC4R) antagonist (IC50 = 5 nM).1 It increases food intake in mice when administered at a dose of 20 mg/kg. SNT-207707 (30 mg/kg per day) inhibits tumor-induced weight loss without inhibiting tumor growth in a C26 murine colon carcinoma model of tumor-induced cachexia.
