    Product Description

    GSK3β inhibitor 1 is an inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β; IC50 = 4.19 nM).1 In vivo, GSK3β inhibitor 1 (50 mg/kg) decreases blood glucose levels in an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in a rat model of diabetes induced by a high-fat diet and streptozotocin (STZ; Item No. 13104).
