    Product Description

    MEK inhibitor II is an inhibitor of MEK1 (IC50 = 0.38 µM in a cell-free assay).1 It is selective for MEK1 over ERK1 and Raf1 (IC50s = 82.9 and 34.5 µM, respectively). It is also active against T. cruzi (IC50 = 2.77 µM).2
