    Product Description

    CATPB is a free fatty acid receptor 2 (FFAR2/GPR43) antagonist.1 It inhibits agonist-induced activation of FFAR2/GPR43 in cells expressing FFAR2/GPR43 (IC50 = 224 nM). CATPB (500 nM) reduces agonist-induced superoxide production in neutrophils primed with TNF-α or latrunculin A (Item No. 10010630).2
