    Product Description

    DSPE-PEG(5000)-tetrazine is a PEGylated and clickable form of 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE (1,2-DSPE; Item No. 15095) that has been used as a reactive anchor lipid by direct incorporation into the plasma membranes of CD8+ T cells.1 DSPE-PEG(5000)-tetrazine, via membrane incorporation, has been used to conjugate T cells to liposomes containing DSPE-bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyne (DSPE-BCN) and encapsulating avasimibe (Item No. 18129) for tumor immunotherapy in mice.
