    Product Description

    The LipidLaunch™ FDA-Approved Ionizable Lipid LNP Screening Set includes three FDA-approved excipients to screen for use in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations. Each lipid in the set is supplied in a vial containing 1 g of lipid formulated at 100 mg/ml in ethanol for ease of addition to lipid mixes for LNP formulation. Lipids selected for this screening set include SM-102 (Item No. 33474), ALC-0315 (Item No. 34337), and DLin-MC3-DMA (Item No. 34364), which are commonly used in nucleic acid-cargo LNPs. LNPs containing these lipids in combination with a sterol lipid, a phospholipid, and a PEGylated lipid have been used to encapsulate mRNA, plasmid DNA, siRNA, and other nucleic acid cargo for intracellular delivery.
