    Product Description

    18-hydroxy Oleoyl leucine-d7 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of 18-hydroxy oleoyl leucine by GC- or LC-MS. 18-hydroxy oleoyl leucine is a ω-hydroxy metabolite of the N-acyl amide mitochondrial uncoupling agent N-oleoyl leucine (Item No. 20064).1 It is formed from N-oleoyl leucine by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoform CYP4F2.
