    17β-Estradiol (CRM) (Item No. ISO60155) is a certified reference material categorized as an estrogen.1 17β-Estradiol is a steroid hormone produced from testosterone that is instrumental in the development of secondary sex characteristics at puberty and in the menstrual cycle.1,2,3 Abnormal circulating levels of 17β-estradiol are associated with a number of pathological conditions, such as hormone-dependent cancers and osteoporosis.4,5 This product is intended for use in analytical research applications.
