    Trotabresib is an inhibitor of bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4; IC50 = =0.5 µM).1 It inhibits the proliferation of Raji Burkitt’s lymphoma and HL-60 leukemia cells (IC50 = =0.5 µM for both).
