    Product Description

    FL-411 is an inhibitor of bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4; IC50 = 0.43 µM).1 It is selective for BRD4 over BRD2 and BRD3 (IC50s = 24.6 and >100 µM, respectively). FL-411 inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells (IC50s = 5.48 and 8.29 µM, respectively) and induces autophagy in the same cells when used at concentrations of 3, 10, and 150 µM.
