    Product Description

    Zapnometinib is a MEK inhibitor (IC50 = 5.73 nM) and an active metabolite of CI-1040 (Item No. 11580).1,2 It reduces viral titers in A549 and MDCK cells infected with influenza A (EC50s = 6.356 and 4.498 µM, respectively).2 Zapnometinib (50 mg/kg per day) increases survival in H1N1pdm09 influenza A-infected mice.
