    NVS-BPTF-1 is an inhibitor of nucleosome-remodeling factor subunit BPTF (IC50 = 30 nM).1 It is selective for BPTF over bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4; IC50 = >2,000 nM). See the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) website for more information.
